Anu Shukla is the Founder and CEO of Offerpal Media, the leading virtual currency monetization solution for social networks and applications, online games, virtual worlds, mobile apps and other social publishers. The company's full-service "Managed Offer Platform" enables site visitors to earn points or virtual currencies in exchange for taking part in scientifically targeted advertising offers. A serial entrepreneur, Anu is also the founder of Mybuys Inc., a venture-backed company in the eCommerce personalization market, where she currently serves on the Board of Directors. Prior to Mybuys, Anu pioneered the category of Internet Marketing Automation as founder and CEO of Rubric, Inc. which was acquired in 2000 for $366 million. Anu was named to the Computer Industry "Dream Team" by Business 2.0 magazine in 2004, awarded the YSU Distinguished Alumni award in 2005, and the Entrepreneur of the Year by the Washington D.C.-based Dialogue on Diversity organization in 2005. In 2007 Anu was awarded an Honorary Doctorate degree from Youngstown State University in recognition of her business achievements.
